Tastes light and fruity. Pairs flawlessly with all food and beverages.  Family-farmed from Jeremy's apiaries on the wild mountain ranges of California's Central Coast.  Sage honey production is strongly dependent on abundant winter and spring rain and is only produced in certain special years!  This batch is from a dry year, so the bees blended the Sage nectar with that of the other Spring Wildflowers, and let us just say that the bees produced the most spectacular tasting blend ever!

Flavor profile is complex, mild and well defined by notes of apples, peaches, plums, and bubblegum.
